Angela's innovative "T-shirt Ballgowns" will be taken to a new level with her Spring 09 "Candyland" themed line. Her well-known, eco-friendly gowns made from "thrifted" T-shirts will be offered in fresh, youthful silhouettes and bright, playful colors.

Clash of the Artists 2008
Vote for Nations designer “Angela Johnson” in the 2nd annual “Clash of the Artists 2008” competition held by Art for Progress. Art for Progress is a non-profit organization based in New York City dedicated to supporting artists throughout different genres. With our votes, an artist will be chosen from several different categories ranging from musicians, visual artists, DJs, film makers, creative category and fashion designers.
Angela Johnson, known for her redesigned line of T-shirt dresses represents the city of Phoenix Arizona. She has been named Scottsdale Cultural Council’s Visual Artist of the Year 2005 and Fashion Group International’s Rising Star Arizona of the Year 2004. She is also known as the founder of the Arizona Fashion foundation/LabelHorde Fashion.
