Orders
Orders will be processed within 48 hours of the time they are received, pending availability and credit card verification. For products that are made to order or custom designed shipment may take longer. Email verification will be sent for every order which will include the proposed time of arrival. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.
International orders will be charged the standard USPS Priority Mail shipping rate to each destination (to also include the handling fee).
Returns and Exchanges
In the event of an item return or exchange, please return the item to us within 14 days of its arrival. Any item or items returned must be in the condition it arrived in; unworn, undamaged, with all label and tags intact. All product returns will receive a Nations certificate in which customers may use for purchase on the website. Charges for shipping and handling are non-refundable.
As some of our designs are made to order or specifically custom designed, we unfortunately will not accept any returns or exchanges for these items. Please contact us if you have any inquiry regarding your item and its design status. It is recommended that returns are securely packaged and certified with a tracking number. Nations is not responsible for lost or stolen return merchandise.
